Freedom Gym Singapore is directed by Alex Liu Chang, an experienced Personal Trainer who has helped numerous clients achieve their fitness goals while experiencing positive changes in their lives.

Together with James Koh Jiuh Wey, the two founders of Freedom Gym want to create a community where everyone can train in an environment of the highest quality.

The gym will allow members of the gym to seek out Trainers to suit their fitness needs without boundaries. Providing results driven personal training with a customized approach including fitness and body metric assessments for benchmarking and nutritional programs.

Freedom Gym Singapore is Conveniently located along Shenton Way, in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District and the Marina Bay Financial District. Its a 5-6 mins walk from either Tanjong Pagar MRT or Downtown MRT and an escalator away from the Shenton MRT Station opening in 2022.
