Throughout my life I’ve always believed in order to achieve results it’s all about hard work, dedication, and consistency.
Put in the effort, and time and keep on showing up, eventually, you will get the result you work hard for.
Started my fitness journey at 18, back with sprint canoeing, all I knew back then were basic strength and endurance training, gradually moving on towards free weights after graduating from polytechnic.
Started coaching my sports, at ACJC and GESS, as an assistant coach, planning out a better gym program for the students as compared to back in my days.
Moving forward, a change of career to be a personal trainer, to help and guide people that want a change in their lifestyle and body, as long as you’re willing to put in the time and effort, we will get there
